    Buying a 2016-2018 350d

Well to be fair, the G350d and the G300 prof shares the same OM642 v6 diesel motor that motor is also used in the sedans and ML suv. I have a ML320 cdi, with the OM642 - and its is a gem. The G350d has a lot more tech, which 'could fail' but in that 'luxury' segment you will find yourself in...

    Radius arm suspension bushes

Andrew, yes its the sleeves that the bolt goes through. You can cut/melt/ whack them out of the old bush. (alternatively turn new ones on a lathe) Correct 8 pieces for front diff. press in from each side. Rears are larger.

    Radius arm suspension bushes

This is the cost ex vat, We can use my tooling again. the bushes get cast and do not use the old steel bushes. ONLY the old pins need to be pushed into the center.(not part of the casting process.) let me know who wants, and I can take my tooling back and get bushes made. Stu

    Om 606 - costs question.

Sump can also be a problem, I have a front sump, think most 606 sump pans hold oil in the rear part.

Air filter housing for petrol G

OK cool, I had a 280 filter housing from the start - Trevor advised to use the larger one for turbo application. Its a bit of a tight fit with the upgraded booster, but all fits. I had to rotate it in its holder, and change the pipe to the turbo, makes the plumbing easier.

Andrew, have a look at a generic donaldson filter, at least the filter elements will be cheaper.
